Ann Taylor linen style pants with tie belt

Size 4, light weight linen-feel pants without the constant wrinkling of linen. Elastic waist with optional tie belt. Two front pockets. Stripes are dark grey and tan. Two small stains- one on each shin area, shown in second pic.
