This skirt is a deep brown with a waist that can be worn straight for a more modest look or folded for a more flirty look. Perfect for a day to night skirt. The waist is tight fitting but the bottom of the skirt is skater. Size small. Top to bottom: 22” Tight waist section: 9” (can be folded or rolled) Skater skirt bottom: 13” Unstretched waist: 28” These are items that I used to own or otherwise came across.
