Ann Taylor navy velvet dress

This deep navy velvet dress is very lush. The color is so deep dark that it appears black, but when the light catching right it reads blue. The dress is halter style with a crisscross keyhole back. The fabric is stretchy due to spandex content, also have a side zipper for ease of dressing. The length is 51” from neckline to hem. Laid flat the measurement across the bust is 18” and at the hips 20”. The dress-form is set to 33” bust, so dress will probably fit between 34-36” bust
