Ann Taylor polka dot blazer

Black and white the polka dot jacket that hits 21” below the shoulder (just above hip). Sleeves are 3/4 length with cute button accents at the end. This jacket is lined and is in excellent condition. I bought this but then gained weight so only wore it once or twice, and has beenn hanging in my closet ever since.
