Ann Taylor polka dot blouse top

This flowy sleeveless top features red, blue, and cream dots on top black background. It was made by Ann Taylor. Size small, made of 97% polyster and 3% spandex. Has a silky, flowy feel. Please note that there is a small section on the front of the top where the fabric was pulled (see pictures). Non smoking home.
