Ann Taylor polka dot dress. 4 petite

Black and white. I bought from another posher and tried 3 times to zip it over my boobs and just couldn't. So sad. It fits great everywhere else. I just need some stretch up top. Perfect length. I am 5'1". My loss is your gain.
