Ann Taylor scoop neck dress

Fabulous fitting dress with a low, wide scoop neckline that measure about 9” from shoulder (when measured on hanger). Flattering ruching along the neckline, empire waist. Material has a nice weight and hang to it. Very flattering. ~36” length as measured from shoulder. Size 0 but because of fabric, would also fit a size 2.
