Excellent used condition. Size 0. I couldn't find any tag on it about fabric and care instructions. I would guess it is polyester. The feel of fabric is like silk (I not saying that it is silk). Side zip. Dimensions approximately L 19", waist 14". It is super cute skirt. The sequin is of transparent kind. See last image of skirt to see how it reflects sunlight.
