Ann Taylor sheer shift dress with slip and tie belt, size XS

Size XS sheer shift dress from Ann Taylor has velvet polka dots all over. Black slip attaches with snaps; note that the snap is missing from the right shoulder—see photo. I couldn’t get it on the dress form; sorry about the flat shots!
