Ann Taylor skirt

Navy mini skirt with black elastic waist and large hook and eye closure on the back. Deep pockets and shimmery, textured pattern! For some reason, it didn’t come with a size or label tag even though it was bought new. It’s a size 12, but could also fit 14 waist. Check hip measurements to be sure since the waist is elastic, but the skirt has no stretch. Waist: 17 Hips: 21 Length: 18
