Ann Taylor teal top/mini dress

This is a very form fitting dress and material, although it does have a lot of stretch to it. It is a long top or a mini dress if you're brave enough. The fabric would stick well to some opaque leggings/tights. It hangs at 24 inches but stretches to around 27 inches due to the ruching on the sides. the sleeves have a beautiful gold zipper detail at the wrist. I just love the squared off neckline that leaves plenty of room to dress this simple dress up with a statement neck piece!
