Beautiful midnight blue velvet jacket from Ann Taylor the tag says size 4 but it fits more like a size 6 worn once in pristine condition no signs of wear that I can see The measurements bust from armpit to armpit measure laying flat is 18 inches from shoulder to hem line the jacket measures 20 inches .Also this jacket has a nice amount of stretch to it
