Ann Taylor vintage 90s tunic dress. Small (not an 8) 100% rayon Pretty sure this is a shrunken piece bc I’m a small and I wear it as a short dress or as a tunic. It’s open at the bottom buttons don’t go all the way down so would wear leggings or close it with pins. I really love this piece it is very cool 90s but just not my style anymore I wear size small or 2
