Ann Taylor vintage circle skirt

Ann Taylor vintage red circle skirt! Very cute pattern, in good condition. Tag says size 8 but It fits more like a 4. Also says dry clean only but I have washed it normally and it is totally fine! Can be 90’s grunge or dressed up as more girly. Very cute and sad to let go of it!
