hello! What is the fabric, and is it knee length?

@brenb71 hi! 👋 the fabric content is 62% polyester, 25% rayon, and 13% wool. The lining is 100% polyester. It is fully lined!
The measurement from shoulder to hem is: 39”.

@brenb71 yes! It has really pretty detailing on the front. I added a better photo to the listing! There is a band that wraps all the way around the front and back of the dress. It is around the lower rib cage area. Hope that helps!
