Ann Taylor V-Neck Button Down Blouse

This is a black Ann Taylor v-neck button down blouse with floral designs in blue, white, green, orange, and yellow, ruffles on the short puffed peasant sleeves. This top measures 25 inches from shoulder to the front hem, 26 inches from shoulder to the back hem, 20 inches from armpit to armpit, and 10 inches from shoulder to the end of the sleeve. This top is preloved with the only flaw being the tag cut off that is pictured.
