This is the perfect party or new years dress. It’s giving me some disco ball vibes. Bought from a boutique. Anna Grace is the brand. It has adjustable spaghetti straps and kind of a lower back. The back does has elastic around the top so it is a little stretchy. Neckline is slightly rounded. Size small. No flaws to the dress- I bought and then never had a time to wear it.
