There are slits on each side. There are shoulder pads but they need to be reformed or removed!! One is a little wonky. I tried to show them in the photos. Otherwise excellent preowned condition, with no holes, stains, tears, or other defects!! Smoke-free and ready to wear!! 100% Rayon.
