This lovely and romantic black velvety capelet jacket with a large black bow at the back neckline is the perfect cover up for a sleeveless dress for a night out or a special event. It's rich, plush beautiful velvety feel made of Acetate and Rayon (see photo of tag) Condition: Pre-Owned Great. There is one tiny hole in the back, but it's underneath the cape, so can't be seen.
