Anna Sui Chiffon Maxi Dress

Can't believe I'm selling this dress! I just don't wear it enough. It's a gorgeous maxi dress that comes with a short black slip. The chiffon portion has an interior tie and a button for a wrap effect. There's a ruffle at the neck and at the wrists. It looks sick with a belt or unbelted. Very Florence Welch. Size 2 but there's flexibility. Could fit a 4 as well for sure.
