Anna Sui's target collection dress. It is a red, white, and black patterned dress. Mostly stripes, but some swirls along the bottom. It's an off-the-shoulder dress. There's a small zipper in the back that goes down to a little lower than the lower back. There's a small belt to tie around the waist. It stops around mid-thigh. Brand new. Length: 30 in.
