Anna Sui for Target Gossip Girl Dress

This is a fun dress I picked up consignment. Apparently, it's from when Target used to have awesome designers like Anna Sui and Isaac Mizrachi in their employ. This light-fabric dress is striped and flirty! It runs a bit small for an 11 (maybe it's a teen size?) but it's so cute I still wore it a couple times.
