mdbake03 Thanks. Sorry for one more question (I'm not familiar with this brand). How long is it (like shoulder to bottom of skirt) and what is the waist measurement? I guess the waist is elastic and would stretch. Sorry so many questions. Thank you

dancinwitmyself @mdbake03 waist is able to stretch to 17 inches side to side and is 11 inches as the elastic cinches. Hope this helps.
