Anne Klein Dress

Silky smooth bright blues/ turquoise with splashes of red and black accents and cute cap sleeves. I’m 5’2” and this dress hits just below my knees. Nice black belt at waistline. I wore this only one time with bright red heels and a black wristlet. I got tons of compliments. Very comfortable.
