It is a classic navy & white polka dot knee length dress, pullover with a round neck and fastens in the back of the neck with a hook and eye. It is lined with a stretch navy fabric. The dress measures 18" across the chest and 36" from shoulder to hem. It is a swing style dress and can be casual or dressy with accessories. It is machine washable and in very good pre-owned condition.
