There is a slit in the bottom of each leg about 1 1/2 inches. A non-functioning photo button and loop closure around each cast. There is an interior button and exterior button above the side zip closure. These do have stretch. Approximate measurements lying flat are as follows: Waist: 14 1/2” Rise: 9 1/2” Inseam: 21”
