Anne Taylor Loft shift dress

Adorable patterned dark navy and green dropped waist shift dress with pleated hem and cute green ribbon zipper detail in the back. Size 12 but can be worn as a loose fitting shift dress (I’m a size 4 and it looks super cute as a loose fitted dress). Barely worn. About 37 in from shoulder to hem-hits me on the knee.
