toonvlady Hi, sorry to hear that your weren’t satisfied with your purchase, I strive for happy buyers. I would of gladly except my item back for a refund. Due to it being new and unopened, zips and buckle wasn’t tested prior to sending.

carobby_13 @toonvlady Hi! Just wanted to say that I gave the purse to my sister & it turns out she doesnt mind the lock not working she said she likes the purse so she can just work with it! So I no longer need the refund thank you for being attentive though! I will change my review on the item 😇

toonvlady @carobby_13 I have received this message. I think you would have to contact them again and see what happens. “Thank you for reaching out to us! At this time we don’t see that the buyer opened up a formal case for return. The order has been marked received and your earnings were already released. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse this process and set up return”.
