Anne of Green Gables (VHS, 1996, 2-Tape Set)

It is sealed but has flaws. See photos. Wrapping does have line in the middle of vhs looks like where the shrink wrap came together. There may be damage to the wrap or the box. Seal is partially broken at bottom. Proof of purchase looks like it is detached from vhs.
