Anonymous blue blue cardigan NWOT

This has got to be one of the most versatile cardigans you will own! New without tags. Wear it open or tied at the waist. Very light weight and works great if you want just something to cover your arms. Very strechy and would fit a medium or large. Would be great with a white T-shirt and jeans, or a black dress. The options are endless! Approximate measurements are 35" from shoulder to hem and 21" from pit to pit. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
