Another Little Black Dress

This one kicks it up a notch with added sparkle to the chiffon overlay. It is backless, the overlay ties around the back of the neck. The skirt has 2 layers flowy fabric. It is a pull over dress with a satin ribbon that ties around the waist in the back. The skirt hits just above the knee.
