Another vintage Union label dress by Kay Windsor

Another vintage Union label dress that dates back to the 1970’s. See measurements as the suze tag is missing but it fits me with a bit of room and I’m A size 6. I’m going to guess it would fit an 8 perfectly Maroon color kind of a red rust There is no fabric tag either. Feels like velour or velvet? It’s not heavy like it looks though.
