texaskellie @kitterkat1 doing my best to measure! Lol. Straight across at the top of the waist without the belt cinched it’s 17 inches. There is 2 stretchy sections on the back side of the waistband. Straight across at the crotch area it’s not 15 inches. I’ll take a couple of pictures to help with the confusion! 🤣

texaskellie @kitterkat1 The hips are bigger than what I said. I’m sorry. It’s hard to measure due to being by myself and the stiff emblems on the sides. I added a picture. I think the hip are is about 24 inches

texaskellie @kitterkat1 that’s a great question that I don’t know the answer to. If they aren’t you can always waterproof them with the stuff from Walmart (in the camping section). I literally just bought some for Halloween decorations! I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure and don’t want to lie to you!
