These are both new with tags, HOWEVER the pink one has had the belt part cut off so I'm just throwing that one in for free. it's totally wearable, still has tags and isn't really noticable but just want to be specific that the buckle part has been removed but the ruching is still there so it has some shape. Both are super stretchy, soft, and flowy.
