Anthro A-line paint stroke midi skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from another seller on the app. Loved it, but never got the opportunity to wear it, so it still has the tags on! Please feel free to make me an offer! Would be super cute for a fancy tea party or holiday gathering. It a heavier, structured garment, reminds me of formal Kate Spade skirts/dresses. Approximate measurements taken laying flat: Length: 25 inches Waist: 24.5 inches Notes about fit: This is a high waisted garment, there is more room beneath the seamed waist, which sits right between your belly button and your rib cage. There is not a lot of stretch to this garment but if taken to a tailor could be let out another half inch in the waist as it does seem to run slightly small for a traditional size 6.
