Anthropologie Criss Cross Black and Tan striped dress. Dress has tailored caped sleeves, and a thick beautiful cotton belt lined with tan around outside, which adds a sweet touch to this cute dress. Bottom 'skirt' part has pockets and an attached petticoat underneath. Slight pilling on top of dress, which shows in reduction of price.
