Please note that while this dress has tags, it is not brand new. There is a small, faint stain on the left front side just beneath the waistband, I have added a photo to point this out. Measurements are approximately these, the larger measurement being fully yet comfortably stretched: Bust: 19.5-21 inches flat Waist: 17-19 inches flat Hips: 19.5-23 inches flat Please consult the Anthropologie measuring chart online if you are unsure!
