@preshiouslamb, unfortunately I'm not sure of the numerical size equivalent but I do not have an XL. It measures 18" from armhole to armhole when laid flat and approximately 26 3/4" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. There is also some stretch so it may still work for you.
