Anthro Navy & White fit and flare dress

NWT *but issue w/ zipper- see below! This navy & white fit and flare dress from Anthropologie has side cut outs and a tie in the front for a super cute flattering fit. The zipper goes down just over the butt and there is a spot that is broken, which is pictured and circled in light blue. The zipper does go up and down perfectly the only issues is pictured.
