Anthro Navy and powder blue polka dot shift dress

Anthropologie powder blue and navy shift dress. Tulle brand. It's size large, approximately 8 to 10. Small tear and seem at bottom of dress. Easy fix! Can negotiate having it sewn before sale. See last pic for details.
