from antrho and made in India, this was worn once and dry cleaned. velvet upper with beads and embroidery, skirt part is semi sheer top layer in neutral taupe, black, and brown with foil gold accents over an opaque black layer that is shorter than the sheer layer. zipper in the back with hook closure.
