meghanmb2112 @camward30 I think so? I’m a 34b/32d and it had some room. I wore it with a padded strapless bra underneath, but could get away without it for extra room. I’ll take measurements when I get home.

meghanmb2112 @nola_boutique I don’t think i’d call it peplum because it doesn’t have a seam at the waist that the bottom is skirted from (if that makes sense). It’s more of a flare or A-line.
