Anthropologie x Hutch Off the Shoulder Blouse Size 3X This wasn't what I ordered and I ordered Hutch pink Satin Halter Dress Size small but received this instead and anthro wouldn't do the return. Measurements are listed in the photo. I think based on length it's a Blouse not a minidress but I could be wrong NWT Made of 100% polyester. Satin fabric.
