Anthropologie BHLDN Watters & Watters Delilah Gown Bordeaux Red 2 NWT Dress

Burgundy full length Maxi dress with optional off the shoulder sleeves. Perfect bridesmaid dress or formal dress. Please note there is a fuzzy area on the mid lower center/right side as shown. I believe it was hanging by something with sequins. I have not personally used a razor or anything to defuzz but it doesn't look like it would be that difficult.
