New with tags! Size 6. Y'all, I'm kind of a hoarder. This is a beautiful skirt I have never worn! It's from a pet & smoke free home. It's been sitting in a drawer waiting for some love. Waist laid flat is 15" has a little stretch to it. Hips are 18.5". Length is 20.25". Has hidden back zip with hook & eye. No holes, tears, or stains. In excellent condition. It's like a greyish beige neutral color. Has 100% viscose lining. Shell is 51% polyester, 48% Nylon, 1% Spandex. Very comfortable & stretchy
