Romantic 100% Silk Ruffle flower dress in black. elasticized empire waist. Original belt included. Lining is intentionally shorter than the dress to leave a sheer detail. The most gorgeous focal point is the ruffle flowers on the top of the sleeves and all around the hem. 15” armpit to armpit. 35” from shoulder to hem. Tag says “2”. I am size 4 and that’s me on the last picture. So, I would size this model could work for both size 2 and 4. Smoke/pet free home.
