Gorgeous sparkling pleated midi skirt by Basil and Maude gives ballet vibes as well as mermaid style with its layered tulle and tropical turquoise color. A wide, very comfy and stretchy waistband is covered in large blue and green sequins, seashell pieces, and bits of blue sea glass 360 degrees around the waist. They are scattered through the skirt as well. Side zip. Very rare color in this piece.
