what does the bust and waist measure?

@kenziesuzanne11 The waist measures 13.75-14". Bust is a little hard to measure given the sleeve style, but straight across the bodice (excluding sleeves, which are roomy) is ~15"
For reference, I have a 36B bust and this piece fits great.
