Anthropologie Bike Lane Dress size 4

As worn by Zooey Deschanel on The New Girl! Extremely cute Anthropologie bicycle print dress, size 4. Crossover detail at front, covered buttons up the back. Side zipper. Pockets! The straps were once removable (see pics for hooks) but the hooks broke and I sewed the straps down (through the inside only), but they could be easily taken off if you want the strapless look.
