Anthropologie Black Swan Dress - Small

This is a darling knee length ruffle dress by Black Swan. It can be worn with a cami underneath in the summer and it is super cute with a t-shirt under it with boots in the winter. The ruffles have quite a few loose threads that can be snipped off but the dress itself is in very good condition.
